i have finally found a place in london and moved!! well i brought stuff but didnt spend the night as i needed to first clean the room.
the place i found it a room in a flatshare. the location is excellent. located right on the edge of camden and in zone 1. so the price was lower than across the road which isn’t camden. it is also a 12 min walk to my main campus. oxford street, regent street, china town and leister square are all a 30-40 min walk! awesome location.
after dropping my stuff off, i met up with a friend and we went for lunch. we picked a random asian restaurant we found online. this restaurant is a pan-asian restaurant. first time ive heard of that. not sure what it means. they labeled the starters/small bits as tapas, which made sense but also didnt…..
the restaurant was very nice. had a classy feel without the upscaled prices. the staff were very nice and polite. that day, they did just change to a new menu so they were a little unfamiliar, but it was no problem. they were also incredibly patient with the not so patient and borderline rude customers.
