rubber ducks sadness
another sunny day! took a tram from the city to victoria harbour. there is a long path all around which i walked with my cousin and mother. the previous day, from victoria peak, we saw one of the rubber ducks. there is this art installaiton by a dutch artist “”. he created these huge rubber ducks that appear at different harbours and coasts around the world. it’s been on my bucket list to see them. having seen them from the peak, i got excited to see them the following day. upon arrive to the harbour, the duck was no more. there were two of them but due to the heat, one popped a couple days prior. it seems i just missed seeing the second one before it disappeared. not sure if seeing it from a distance means i can cross it off my bucket list….
