This week my mother decided to stay in Hualien. Monday back to school was just a regular day. After school I headed home and made a simple late lunch.

My grandma sent me home with tea eggs, corn, and some pig head so I made some miso soup and added some of those in. I also bought enoki mushrooms and tofu to put in. In the pantry I found dried seaweed which got added.
The chicken I cooked was frozen Taiwanese popcorn chicken. Not quite like the actual ones you get on the street, but still good. Used an air fryer for the first time to cook these. I was scared the air fryer would explode. But as expected, nothing went wrong and I got cooked chicken in 12 minutes.
Later that evening I tried a type of seaweed snack.


This seaweed snack was flavored with spicy. I think it was more sweet than spicy…… Still yum.
